The Planet Pack Awards Night took place at Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot. The evening was a celebration of the young people who had entered our competition which explored creativity, sustainability and innovation. Guests were invited to enjoy the exhibition in the foyer which showcased every entry we received as well as the winners. The event was hosted by Roy Basnett and Simon O’Brien. The Mayor of Knowsley, Cllr Ken McGlashan, was joined by the Mayors from all areas of the Liverpool City Region to present awards to the children who were the winners of each category. The children proudly took to the stage to receive their awards and prizes.  The crowd was entertained by a host of wonderful organisations and individuals including Sing Me Merseyside, The Knotty Ash Signing Choir, Joseph Roberts, Sophie Clarke and MD Productions. It was a wonderful event which showcased the talent and creativity of the young people from around the area. Our future innovators are here.
